HaynesAllAccessHaynes Manuals AllAccess is a library of manuals covering a vast range of car and motorcycle makes and models, with up-to-date content including common repairs, routine maintenance and servicing procedures.

Gunnedah Shire Library is now able to offer free access to hundreds of online car and motorcycle manuals through its subscription to Haynes AllAccess Manuals.

Library members will be able to access the manuals directly on the library computers but also from home using their library card number.

FreeResourcesUse the links on the pages to access a huge range of Virtual Excursions, Museum, Zoo and National Park visits, Read and be read to via Audio and eBooks, and have fun with the Play, Make, Do & Learn sites.

UlverscroftGunnedah Library members can borrow eBooks and eAudiobooks anywhere, anytime with the uLibrary app. Whether you like romance, westerns, biographies or thrillers, you will find something to read or listen to. There are books for all ages and tastes. Download the app and log-in using your library card and PIN. You can also access uLibrary on your desktop.

StateLibraryThe State Library of New South Wales has a wide range of resources available to the community.
Along with eBooks and historical databases which you can search, you can also ‘listen’ to a painting, complete a jigsaw puzzle based on images within their collection or read or listen to a story in one of five indigenous languages.
There is also a ‘HSC base camp’ which brings together many resources available for senior students and topic-based activities for home learning.
The State Library provides access to range of databases, such as EBSCO which contains entries from journals in a range of subject areas from biology and chemistry to religion and philosophy. A great resource for senior secondary and tertiary students that is accessible through the State Library eResources portal.


LOTE4Kids is a library eResource that allows kids to learn a language and connect with books through the magic of storytelling. You can choose from thousands of audio-picture books in 50+ languages, together with English translations. We also introduce you to Lekti, an animated owl who loves to read. 
Library members can access LOTE Online for Kids by following the link and entering their library barcode.

IndyReadsIndyreads is a resource provided by the State Library of NSW via NSW public libraries, giving library members access to a collection of independent Australian and international titles, classic literature and modern award-winning titles in eBook and eAudio format.
There are books for adult, young adults and children alike, as well as books in other languages. Just log in under Gunnedah Library with your library card number and password.

World Book OnlineYou can access Ancestry Library Edition through the library.
