February 28, 2023 Gunnedah Shire Council has welcomed the NSW Government announcement a contractor has been appointed for construction of the Gunnedah Hospital redevelopment. Land values increase in Gunnedah Shire
16 February, 2023 Land values in Gunnedah Shire have increased more than 76% over the past three years, according to valuations recently released by the NSW Valuer-General.
