Citrus Field Day

Gunnedah Shire Council in conjunction with NSW Department of Primary Industries (NSW DPI) will be hosting a Citrus Field Day in Gunnedah on Wednesday, February 14. Australia Day 2018 celebrations kicked off with a Church Service and Citizenship Ceremony under the gum trees on Donnelly Fields. The famous Raft and Craft Race followed, which has become an iconic part of Australia Day in Gunnedah. Race goers launched their crafts or rafts of choice at Cushan’s Reserve and paddle, float or bob their way to Cohen’s Bridge.
