Gunnedah Crime Prevention Plan 2014 – 2017

The Gunnedah Crime Prevention Plan 2014-2017 has been developed by the Gunnedah Shire Council in conjunction with key community stakeholders including the Gunnedah Crime Prevention Working Group (GCWG). It articulates the key community safety priorities for our Shire and clearly sets out an action plan for how Council, in partnership with other government and community organisations will address local concerns about crime.

The Plan focusses on those priorities identified by our community, in consultation with our community. It has been developed using a broad range of consultative techniques and the level of community participation and general willingness by individuals to have input into the document has been high.
